In 2023 the Canova and Cellini New Entries joined the Orotig family of marking machines: The small size and the innovative helmet-like opening of the hatch make Canova a compact, safe laser which allows you to achieve very high marking quality, offering the immersive experience of being able to customize the jewels in real time and the perfect integration into the workflow of each company. Thanks to the new Wizard interface, even the less expert operator can perform a marking in just a few clicks and with the innovative Autofocus technology, the Canova marking machine manages the focus completely automatically. The operator will simply have to position the object to be marked in the marking area: the marker will then detect the height of the piece, automatically finding the correct focal distance, while maintaining the possibility of activating the manual mode. Cellini 3D marking machine is an extremely precise laser system which allows you to make superior quality three-dimensional markings on metal objects. Perfect for creating molds for the goldsmith sector, it guarantees lead times processing reduced up to ten times compared to other processes such as EDM or milling and delivers a mold that does not need any further treatments heat or polishing, thanks to the totally porous-free surface. Thanks to a specially designed rotary machine, deep markings can also be made on cylindrical objects.
