DODO MARIANI

Dodo Mariani trained in his father's workshop in Milan as early as the 1960s, honing his skills as a refined and eclectic artist. And it was in his city that he was able to give vent to all his talent, both in the field of goldsmithing and fashion.

In the 1960s he made a name for himself with his innovative Dodo signature, which he then used throughout the 1960s and 1970s for the De Beers collections, with a diamond set before his name, also known as 'the diamond signature'. He is also known for the 1967 robot-style cybernetic animals.
